At Blueair, we are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of your indoor air. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer advocacy team via our online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare Your Package

    Place the air purifier or replacement filters in their original packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
